The hotel provides excellent breakfast with ham made to order and à la carte eggs, for example. Its location easy to reach by 1 hour train ride from Zurich airport is best possible. There's Mega Pizza Kebab serving quick orders right next to the venue.

The Welcome Drink (Prosecco or juice) was a lovely touch, and just what we needed! The location was perfect, looking out over the lake to the snow-capped mountains in the distance. Chopard toiletries in the bathroom were just beautiful, especially the velvet roll containing all the little extras. Rooms were much larger than we expected, and were serviced twice daily. As we were on our honeymoon, we were given a fruit basket and gold flecked champagne, which made us feel very special. The Sunday brunch is huge, and at 59 Euros, fantastic value! Staff were welcoming, and Christoph at the front desk was fabulous - he recommended Fritschi restaurant, which provided one of the most superb meals we have ever had, in a 1602 building which oozed character. A wonderful stay!
Try to avoid a low floor if possible - the bar outside is very close and very noisy, until around 11pm. Difficult to know what the hotel could do to fix this, really.

The restaurant here is top-notch, especially considering the hotel is so fancy and the prices are fair. 🍴

The room and staff were excellent, the location was very good and the setting very nice.
Our room faced the lake and was above or near the bar. The piano in the bar was too loud and played until 10:30+ every evening. We are morning people and it was too loud, too late. The we also a lot or noise from other nearby rooms...it seems to me that the hotel was not soundproofed to modern standards. Internet access was very slow and somewhat unreliable.

The hotel was located on Lake Lucerne and the view from the balcony was spectacular. Would defintely make sure that you have a lake room with a balcony.

We always choose to stay at this hotel when we visit Lucerne. It’s a clean, luxurious place with fantastic views of the lake and mountains. The breakfast they offer is delightful and excellent. The staff at the reception desk is attentive. The location is stunning, with quick access to nearby lunch spots, the Central Station & Ferry Port, and the center of Luzern. Plus, there's an Amorino nearby for a nice cup of coffee.

Great lake promenade location, beautiful terrace and indoors restaurant and excellent fresh seafood, chefs and service. We got a fantastic luxury upgraded room, and welcome drinks. The check-in team is nice, professional, and expedient.
